I have been a fan of Chillout Cafe since the time of its launch. I recommended it to friends, and even reserved it for a private party. Lately, however, with the recruitment of new staff, the experience became an unpleasant one- very unprofessional, rude, a lack of courtesy and an overwhelming air of condescension. Very disappointing.
