I had tortilla-crusted chicken with a mango chili margarita at Chili's American Grill & Bar in Phoenix Marketcity. They are offering a buy one, get one free promotion on classic, el nino, and presidente margaritas. The service was better than before, as the old employees have been replaced, possibly indicating new management. Overall, the food was delicious but overpriced. Unfortunately, they do not serve guacamole. Other franchise locations elsewhere are far better. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One female server was downright rude, and another seemed completely clueless. The food was mediocre at best; the fish tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator, even though it was sauteed in butter. The lemonade was bland, lacking any soda or mint leaves. Despite requesting it, the hot sauce never arrived. To top it off, they've scrapped the loyalty points system, which used to be a nice perk, and there are no birthday gifts under the new management. I really miss the better management at Chili's Noida. PS: never paid any service charge; 15% via swiggy!
