Most worst Experience with food All food is not Cooked well, There idiot chef was not understand the concern We are talking with him about not cooked food , and he said Sorry Our helpar make this and that, he said himself I am the executive chef if I think this chef must Work road side dhaba they are chef like this I am sure this hotel shut down very soon... It was 10pm and more or less all restaurants had waiting when we were looking for a dinner options in phoenix Mall. And there we saw Cream Centre which was half empty. We rushed in, and probably a last time. :-) Insufficient manpower. You literally need to pull a staff to your table if you happen to see them! 10mins into restaurant and we had to ask to give us atleast water. Then comes the food part. Biriyani was anything but Biriyani. It was like plain rice layered on a routine Punjabi sabji gravy. Dum Aloo had no dum, only Aloo with a liquid that you may wish to consider as gravy if you want to! We asked for tava Paratha & lacha paratha - answer we got was - "no tava & lachcha Paratha on Saturday and Sunday." I mean, seriously? We ordered some hyderabadi green sabji mentioned in menu, and that also was not available. There was an eye catching photo of vada, so we tempted to order that. And ultimately it was overdose of garlic with some potato as stuffing! Chhole-Bhature was good. Something we can cherish for from this adventurous visit we had for our dinner. And yes, the price is bomb. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
