The 5 cheese pizza was not cooked properly. I had requested for extra oregano, and to my surprise, there wasnt any cutlery, chili flakes or oregano packed at all. Neither for the fettuccini pasta nor for the pizza. It was my sons birthday and I thank Chilis for spooling it wholeheartedly.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chili’s, City Centre 1. I had booked a table in advance through the District app, but when I arrived, the table had not been reserved and I had to wait. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing customers who arrived after us being seated before us. This was the second time I’ve had the same issue at this outlet. If reservations made through District are not going to be properly honoured, then there is no point in offering the reservation service. My time, money, and overall dining experience were unnecessarily wasted. I hope Chili’s and District look into this issue and ensure that reservations are properly managed and honoured in the future.
