I don't know if this is a genuine outlet or just the management is bad... There was spider on the ice-cream cone we purchased & for the first two instances, staff behaved like he can't see & changed it only after persuasion from our side... Last time it was OK but prior to that was another horrible experience as the outlet was more dirty than a dustbin. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The ice cream is NOT Baskin Robbins. I ordered a blackcurrant. It tasted horribly bad and had a sandy texture. The sales person exchanged it for another flavour which tasted exactly how it should have. They have a mix of original and duplicate l! Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
