I visited the Chicking outlet at Athulya, Kakkanad yesterday, and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The staff behavior was the first letdown. I’ve been to many other Chicking outlets where the service feels professional, organized, and premium, just as you’d expect from the brand. But here, the staff didn’t seem well-trained, and their communication and way of working were not pleasant. As a big brand, I feel all Chicking outlets should give a similar experience. The food quality was also not good and didn’t meet my expectations at all. What surprised me the most was seeing a cat walking around the dining area. For a restaurant located in an MNC building on the first floor, this was really shocking and concerning in terms of hygiene. Overall, the staff behavior completely ruined the mood for me and my friends. I really hope this outlet improves its service, food quality, and cleanliness.
