I visited the Chicking outlet at Athulya Infopark and the service was not good. It took almost 35 minutes to get our food. Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Recently ordered through the ChicKing app from this outlet. Delivery took over 2.5 hours even though the store is just ~2 km away. It was raining and the food arrived soaked via Porter. They did give extra quantity (probably to make up for the delay) and the taste was okay, but the service was terrible. Really disappointing experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
