Most guests recommend trying nicely cooked beef, beef ribs and filet américain. At this restaurant, clients can have great coffee, tea or juice. Visitors don't highly appreciate flija at Tawa Thea Resto Cafe.
The staff is said to be courteous here. The fast service is a big advantage of this place. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. Two days before me and my 2 team mates went to have food from Tawa Thea Resto Cafe, near Infopark Kakkanad. Ordered Al faham and the served food was so fouly rotten one, even nearby family who was having food in next table moved from their seat. From that you imagine how much rotten food it would have been. Post raising complaint with restaurant management also they served spoIled Al faham and chicken 65 to some other customers. Those customers raised their concern and went out without having food. I think this is happening regularly and restaurant management are not at all bothered about customers health. I believe everyone are paying for food to get good quality food and it's our right to question these like restaurants if they are not serving good quality food. We have filed a complaint with concerned authorities. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was tasty, but never worth the price. Paal kappa and beef was good, but very much over priced. Unless they reduce the price, I'm not going there again.

The worst customer service can be available here. I wonder whether they get any profits from this restaurant. The staffs should have some basic manners when they treat the customers. Overall it is pathetic.
