This restaurant provides food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Come here for nicely cooked fried chicken, chicken nuggets and fried burgers if you are hungry. Most guests indicate that the staff is friendly. Service at ChicKing is something one can call good. It's a pity, food here isn't worth the moderate prices as visitors mention. Ordered a combo meal through Swiggy app before it gets closed. The app was showing the stores get closed within 7 mins before we ordered. The order has taken and we waited for 45 mins. Got the call from delivery agent and said, that the Store Manager has informed him the shop is closed and there is no food. The Store Manager asked him to tell me to cancel the order through Swiggy app. He made us wait for 45 mins also wasted the delivery agent time. He was not even ready to apologise both of us. It was his responsibility to denying the order if the store is getting closed. But the store accepted the order and made us Wait. After taking the order also they didn't cancel the order if they don't want to provide us the food. Instead he made us wait for 45 mins and no food. If he can't manage such small things why does he work there as a Manager. Zero Star for the store manager and for his irresponsible behaviour. I had a bad experience from your brand...! Last night I went to Highlight Mall and ordered chicken at 10pm, the shop is open but the chicken is not available, after that I went to many branches where chicken is available but all the shops are closed at 11pm but I went there when the closing time of one branch was 12am and at that time they also closed at 10:25pm....! Same experience last Sunday, very bad experience - please don't tell me because of gas problem... Change the closing time on your Google. Meal type: Dinner

Had a really disappointing experience at Chicking Pottammal. The food was extremely bland and honestly not worth it at all. On top of that, the customer service was poor — they didn’t even serve basic things like water unless we asked. Same with tissues nothing was provided unless we specifically requested it. Overall, the whole experience felt careless and unprofessional. Definitely one of the worst food experiences I’ve had. Would not recommend.
