Disappointing Experience at Chic Pop, Vetturoad I recently visited Chic Pop in Vetturoad for a quick lunch, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Right from the moment I entered, it was clear that the customer service here is completely unorganized. There was no proper queue system or staff member guiding the customers, which led to a lot of confusion and unnecessary delays. The staff seemed indifferent and underprepared to handle even a moderate crowd. There was no clear communication, and I had to repeat my order multiple times just to make sure it was taken down correctly. The waiting time was unusually long, and no one provided any updates or assistance during the wait. When it comes to hospitality and basic service etiquette, Chic Pop Vetturoad seriously lacks professionalism. The overall experience felt chaotic, and the disorganization really spoiled what was supposed to be a simple and pleasant lunch outing. I personally don’t recommend this place to others, especially if you're expecting decent service and a stress-free dining experience. There are definitely better-managed options nearby that respect customer time and comfort.
