The efficient staff welcomes people all year round. The nice service is a great plus of this restaurant. Come here for the quiet atmosphere. But a number of guests who use Google didn't give Chhatrapati Hotel & Snacks Center a high rating.

Feedback and Review Regarding Service at Chhatrapati Hotel & Snacks Center, Rumdamol Darvolim Branch, Margao – Goa We are regular customers of the Chhatrapati Hotel & Snacks Center at the Rumdamol Darvolim Branch ,Margao – Goa branch. Today, on 17th March 2025, my four friends and I visited the outlet for snacks and tea. Initially, we ordered some snacks, but since they were unavailable, we decided to order tea. After having our tea, we waited for around 20–30 minutes for our snacks. Just as the waiter was about to serve our order, the cashier intervened and stopped him. Instead of serving us, he prioritized packing a parcel order for another customer who had just arrived two minutes earlier. The cashier is new at this branch, having joined just a few days ago. When I asked for his name, he introduced himself as “Ram,” but I am unsure whether this was his real name or if he was just pretending. His attitude and behavior were highly unprofessional, and he lacked basic courtesy while speaking to customers. Such an approach is unacceptable in the hospitality, and any service industry, where customer service should be a priority. I kindly request the franchise owner to look into this matter and take appropriate action against this irresponsible and unacceptable behavior. Ensuring professional service and customer satisfaction is crucial for maintaining the restaurant’s reputation. I hope the necessary steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.
