Biryani is good but without raita or salan…. No cutlery was provided … incomplete order was given

Dear Ankit, thanks for ordering from Chekuz Chilli . This Biryani is not served with raita or salan. It is juicy and moist enough to be eaten as it is. Raita etc will reduce the flavours and taste of Biryani. Secondly there was a mention to not to provide any cutlery etc therefore we did not send. Thanks again for liking the Shahi veg. kofta Biryani

Fake reviews N rating. If u check almost all reviews r from people outside nagpur, N everyone had multiple fake reviews for various restaurant across India.

I will surely try the food and will post my review on food and quality. However as you also know my first review is not about the taste but it's about the poor and wrong strategy restaurant have used to get better ratings and exposure which indeed is a false practice.

Nice packaging of the food.
The delivery of the food was fast.
The food stayed hot and fresh.
