Rishabh at the reception is a highly unprofessional person. This hotel does not have any respect for the guests They took pre payment and pre booking for a city view room and gave us the tiniest room stating that it is not available I highly recommend staying at the airport or the railway station rather than booking a room here I wish there was an option for negetive star Absolutely horrible service and people

I had been to their Gujarati Thali restaurant for a get-together and got nothing but disappointment! The thepla/dhebra which they served were uncooked, and tasteless. This was the only upscale Gujarati restaurant among all the similar restaurants that I had been to so far that had no Khicadi; just the plain rice. None of the vegetable items were appealing and the desserts were just ordinary. On top of all the frustrations, the staff was absolutely unwelcoming, and grumpy. I wonder how this restaurant is still in the business in Vadodara.

Hotel Express Towers in Vadodara is in good location, but hotel reception staff and Manager are very rude, and they don't know any ethics to talk and handle customer, In my case i had booked in advanced though email by mentioning my negotiable rate as per policy but after reaching there they changed rates and given in higher rate rooms and said those rooms are full, but actually half the hotel was empty, At the time of leaving the hotel and paying final bill i had requested manager and staff to make changes in rates but they rejected, such type of behaviour does not exist in small lodge or hotel, Our company is taking action against hotel and going to stop future booking in this hotel. Kindly don't book your room and avoid further issues. Service: 1
