If you are looking for a place which is in the centre, accessible, good staff and good food then this is best. Loved the food especially non-veg offering. Will recommend for people for business visits.

Bahut hi bekar hotal he driver ke liye kuch bhi stay karne ka nahi he na Pani tak he so plzz driver bhaiyo coustomer ko is hotel me bhul ke bhi na laye (nam bade or darshan khote) There are no facilities for drivers in this hotel. Please do not bring them to any hotel. The staff is very dirty. There are no facilities of any kind for drivers in this hotel. I request you to ask any taxi driver or anyone else. Even if you are a private driver, don't bring it, the washroom is also just a bed, thank you

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service. I recently stayed at Hotel express residency and had an incredibly frustrating experience. My booking was confirmed via email for 3 rooms (2 with double occupancy and 1 with single occupancy). However, upon checking in, Ms. Mariyam at the front desk informed me that they had no record of my reservation and treated me with utter disregard and arrogance. Her behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, adding unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth check-in process. This lack of accountability and courtesy was shocking and disappointing for a hotel of this reputation. If you value customer service and professionalism, I would advise looking elsewhere. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.
