I was quick to write a great review when I first started ordering daily tiffins (which are delicious) but took my time to write a bad one unfortunately. Here’s why: 1. Customer service is poor — the person in contact is not professional in his dealings with prices changing often, lack of proper pricing at the start and lack of replies to genuine criticism or in my case, the food causing stomach upset. The least one can do is make their customer feel heard. Customer service atleast for tiffin deliveries is terrible. 2. A couple of months ago I found a mosquito in the rice and this was also blatantly denied. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture at the time of order. However, I did understand things happen and accidents take place. I was delivered a new portion of rice promptly. However, this ties in with the previous point of customer service. The only reason why I have been ordering all this while is because I genuinely like the food — the food is well prepared and the portions great. Businesses run not just because of the product but also on grounds of integrity and professionalism and sadly this is missing at Soups & Troops.
