Enjoy Chinese and Italian cuisines at this restaurant. Chao Bella may please you with good ravioli, chicken pizza and fried chicken. Most guests recommend trying tasty pancakes, creamy cakes and chocolate cakes. Delicious wine is served at this place. Great chocolate frappe goes well with the nice meal.

I wish I could give this restaurant negative stars. I chose it to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend, but the experience turned into a disaster. The service was a complete mess from start to finish. Our waiter didn’t seem to know jackshit about the menu. When I asked about the type of orange juice, he claimed it was made with imported oranges, but it turned out to be local Kinnu. None of the staff were attentive; we had to call them repeatedly for even the smallest things. To top it all off, the valet broke the key glove box of my Skoda Superb. This was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I would never return or recommend this place to anyone. I'm staying in The Crowne Plaza where Chao Bella is located while I have extensive dental work done. Both Rakesh and Natwar have been fabulous and incredibly supportive in advising and providing excellent tasty and above all soft food whilst I convalesce after each day's dental session. I can whole heartedly recommended the Italian food (haven't tried the Chinese) and especially the fresh pasta which rivals Italy's own. Rakesh and Natwar's professionalism and table service is exemplary and rivals that I have received in Michelin starred restaurants around the globe.
