The restaurant is just some metres away from the main road. I went to that place on the recommendation of a friend. The food tasted good. 3 stars for food only. I didn't like the talking of serving staff. We ordered 2 biryani for 2 people. I managed to eat, but my friend couldn't finish it all. Hence, he told the serving staff to pack it. Later, after sometime he told the staff to parcel some raita also. But, the staff in a rude tone replied that we don't provide raita for leftover parcels. Though I don't know the hotel policy, my concern is, the staff could have replied politely or could have told, if it was chargeable. In my view, this behaviour of staff is not accepted in the hospitality industry nor anywhere. Hence, 3 stars. Earlier I had dined there the food was OK,but today it was the most horrible experience. I got home parcel for my mom's birthday but the paneer was stale. Even the mixed sabji which was veg pasandida or nawab was stale with paneer in it was smelling too bad.we threw all food and cooked again at night 11pm. Why you people are doing this??? Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
