I visit KFC at least twice a month, and while I had high expectations given KFC's reputation, my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The ambiance at the Civil Township outlet was decent, and the staff was friendly, which made the visit pleasant. The classic fried chicken, like the Hot & Crispy, lived up to the brand’s standard—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. However, I was really disappointed with their chicken rolls. The rolls felt overcooked, with the chicken inside being dry and lacking the juiciness I expected. The paratha was a bit too flaky and fell apart easily, making it messy to eat. The sauces didn’t add much to the flavor either, which was a letdown considering the hype around their new roll varieties. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
