From the visitors' point of view, the staff is friendly here. Service at Hotel Mantra Palace is something one can name terrific. Prices are found reasonable here. But google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.
I recently stayed at HOTEL MANTRA and had an amazing experience! All staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. i had a wonderful dining experience, and a big part of it was thanks to the girl who attended our phone call. She greeted us with a warm smile, was very polite, and attentive throughout. She made sure we were comfortable, patiently explained the menu, and even suggested a few dishes that turned out to be delicious. Her service was quick, professional, and genuinely friendly. It really added to the positive atmosphere of the restaurant. Thank you for making our visit memorable!” NOTE: I'm dispointed with your laundry service ,improve it. Service: 4
I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Mantra Palace and would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel lacks even the most basic necessities. 1. Unhygienic Rooms – The pillows and bedsheets were dirty (photo attached), making the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. 2. Mosquito Problem – Sleeping at night was nearly impossible due to mosquitoes. Despite calling the reception three times, no mosquito repellent was provided. 3. Unhelpful and Rude Staff – The staff was not guest-friendly and showed no concern for resolving issues. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay—whether for business or family—this is not the place to choose. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Service: 1
