Ambience is good.but staff behaviour is very bad .. rudely behaviour.not response properly.. When we go to the manager.. manager also not responding properly.. Waste off money and time

I ordered bhel puri and there were so many peanut in that . Cold coffee was good though Food: 2

HELLO EVERYONE I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW SO THAT EVERYONE GETS TO KNOW THE FOOD QUALITY AND THE WRONG BEHAVIOUR OF THE CHAIHOLIC TEAM.. I HAVE ORDERED SPECIAL SUB & SALAD FROM CHAIHOLIC BUT THE FOOD QUALITY FOR BOTH THE ITEMS WAS VERY POOR..IT SEEMS THAT POOR AND STALE FOOD WAS USED IN THE PREPRATAION..AND WHEN I HAVE SHARED THE REVIEWS WITH THE OWNER HE WAS NOT READY TO ACCEPT & WAS VERY RUDE IN ACCEPTING THE MISTAKES.. Hello Abhinav Let me explain this issue from very first day Day before yesterday you complained about Sub & Salad that it doesn’t have enough paneer and beetroot and you sent the video of same in which there were less number or paneer and beetroot and we accepted our mistake and offered you one complimentary sub or salad. And you accepted the offer.Today you threatened us that if you don’t deliver your sub on time, you will review on google which i think isn’t correct way.We have good customer base which we respect from core of our heart. We are ready to deliver your another sub but threatening of putting negative review is not the way of getting refund or Food free of cost. And one more thing, there was less paneer and beetroot but you didn’t report stale food at the first place.Thanks
