The cafe is really very nice for those who want to spend quality time with their friends, family, while enjoying the delicious food. The atmosphere there is really soothing and calm. Peaceful place. A great place to visit. The food is also awesome. I went for breakfast with my husband. They took our order first and then asked us to get up from the a particular seat saying it is reserved. A guy claiming to be the manager came. A) I don't have any issue if it was reserved prior. B) If there were a group of 6-7 people, I would have agreed to get up but the place was empty. C) Even if it not allowed or so they would have informed us prior to taking order or escorted us to a 2 seater. That was quite rude, when the costumer is trying to be understanding. D) To the best of my knowledge this is the meaning of reservation-”I have booked / reserved a place some time prior to arriving, and you have agreed to accommodate me at a specific time.” how to reserve a particular seat kindly Enlighte us? worst service ever we have faced. Having hospitality business and not having a professional staff is spoiling the entire experience of the costumer.
