Ridiculously Late Service – Not Worth the Wait! Visited Chai Sutta Bar Café with high hopes after hearing about their taste—and yes, the snacks were good. BUT... good luck if actual getting your order on time. I waited 1.5 to almost 2 hours for just 3 simple items. That’s not just delay—that’s disrespect to the customer's time. No updates, no apologies, and no sense of urgency. The staff looked completely lost, and the overall service was classless and chaotic. No matter how tasty the food is, such poor service ruins the entire experience. Definitely not coming back unless they seriously fix this mess. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
