Your boba tea was so bad that I used it to extinguish my cigarettes and your sandwich was horrible. Bland food with no sense of taste. utterly disappointed.

I have ordered frequently from Chai Point and Chayos, and observed Chai Point >>> Chaayos1. Much better packaging and associated items2. Chayos never gives extra sugar pouches or tissue paper hardly 1 but Chai point in their each order gave always extra cups, sugar, tissues etc. 3. They even followed instructions precisely and accordingly prepared tea
