Clients don't highly appreciate masala chai at this restaurant. The good staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The nice service demonstrates a high level of quality at Chai Nation. When inside, the atmosphere is lovely. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Worst place I have ever seen in my life. Staff is full of attitude and behaviour was rude. Food, the girl who cooks the food knows nothing about cooking, plates were not clean and cooking area was unhygienic too. The sitting area was stinky. My sandwich was pathetic which was served with cheap quality sauce. The guy who attends the customer was quite ignorant. I was there for over 1 hour for just a plain veg grill sandwich. I had ro chase him 3 times to get the food. I don’t recommend this place at all. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The ambience of the cafe is great. Since it is close to the colleges around it has became a nice place to hangout and have some good time with tea. You should surely visit chai nation.
