From when did Burger King started to count crowns... The manager at Vasai babhola naka is saying that only one crown per bill txns is given .. This is really shitty and bad experience .. How can I distribute 1 between 4 children.. Even after making a bill of 2.5 k Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’ve had issues with Burger King’s service before, but this time was particularly disappointing and left me feeling humiliated. Today, my wife and young son went to the outlet while I was occupied with some personal work. Due to renovation on the ground floor, they were asked to go upstairs and place the order by scanning a QR code on the table — which they did. They only ordered two ice creams. After waiting for quite some time with no sign of the order, I joined them and went to check what was happening. That’s when I overheard a staff member — who didn’t know I was related to the customer — say to another employee, “Only for ice cream we won’t go and serve on the table.” I stepped in and said I’d take it myself, but honestly, the comment and attitude were completely unacceptable. It may have been “just two ice creams,” but every customer, regardless of the order size, deserves respect and basic courtesy — especially from a global chain like Burger King. This is not the first time I’ve experienced poor service here, but I hoped things would improve. Sadly, they haven’t. I’m sharing this feedback in the hope that Burger King takes it seriously and trains its staff to treat every customer with dignity.
