Had a very unpleasant experience with the burger king vasai West branch today. I walk in to the store to hear no dine option available only take away which was understood as it was late night and the staff had to close for the day. No one to attend and was asked to place order using the digital order machine. Half an hour of placing the order here comes the surprise I am told the order which was placed from their menu is not introduced and could not be made available. This was the second time in a months time when we had a similar excuse from the staff. Last time we agreed to swap with another available option. However, this time the restaurant manager Prasad on duty didn't even bother to acknowledge the issue and just kept saying he can give me another burger option. What's the point of giving out the choice in first place to customer when you can't service it on your end. I requested email to log my complaint about the service which was totally denied and instead was refunded back my money in cash to just close the matter with a statement that your issue was refund which is paid back and nothing else can be done. I want to highlight here the issue was not refund if I wanted my money I wouldn't be entering you store at the very first place. I pay for the service and the food. Sadly I could not get any of the two. Generally I don't under rate anyone but this experience was really disappointing which I felt highlighting.
