Quality is going down. Samosas, puffs, rolls hardly have any vegetables. Cleanliness, handling of cups, no gloves used. It's the same story. They are probably more interested in opening more stores than maintaining food quality and training. Staff are not concerned when you tell them anything. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Staff need serious training on cleanliness/ handling of food. Usual problems like touching eyes, face, and head. Happily use their bare hands inside the paper bag and then use tongs for the samosas. If you tell them not to put their hands inside the paper bag, they are not happy. They don't say sorry. They don't offer to make a new package. Serious training issues. A great spot for a quick tea break or a light snack! Their masala tea is a must-try and definitely one of their signature offerings. Conveniently located in the heart of Alwarpet, the store offers ample two-wheeler parking and limited car parking. The seating setup is comfortable, whether you're just popping in for a quick sip or planning to relax for a bit. Do try to visit earlier in the day, as the snacks tend to sell out by mid to late evening. The staffs are friendly and courteous, and service is fairly quick too. A cozy and pleasant place to unwind!
