"Cream Stone never disappoints! Tried their waffle browine cup with Oreo ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate — pure heaven in every bite. The ice cream was creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The waffle was fresh, crispy, and added that extra crunch. Presentation was beautiful, and service was quick and friendly. Very disappointed with the staff behavior. I visited Cream Stone recently and tried speaking in Hindi as I’m more comfortable with it. The salesperson did not understand and suddenly became rude, asking “Do you know Tamil?” in a very harsh tone. This made me feel very unwelcome and disrespected. Being polite to customers should be basic, no matter what language they speak. I expected better service from such a reputed brand. Definitely not visiting this branch again.

Place is good as we have always visited in Bangalore. But here in chennai very less options wer available. Whatever we asked wasn't available so was a bit disappointing visit.
