Manager Vijay was very rude and did not understand how to treat customers. I placed an order at the billing counter, and within a minute, I asked to change it. The manager came and said they couldn’t change the bill. He told me I could only remove items, not replace them. When I asked to replace one item with a Ferrero Rocher chocolate, he said it would be billed as an extra item. This was a very bad experience, especially since I came with my family. I’m very disappointed with the service.

Today I purchased birthday cake(red velvet ) in cream stone . Cake was made so many days it's expired and smell was worst I return to that shop . The manager worst behaviour to customer service handling.

ABSOLUTELY horrible experience that too in a special day with my wife. We have been to alwarpet outlet multiple times but this time we thought of a small change which actually became a big mistake Our experience - 1st they sent a person to attend who was a fresher which is not a problem but then they sent another staff who misguided us and served us something opposite to what we were told,When you say "Accha garam" it means HOT and not luke warm Next we selected sizzling brownie,The brownie was so hard that we couldn't cut it with the wooden spoon We asked the manager to come and see that the wooden spoon broke but the brownie was intact All he said was sorry and avoided eye contact We asked for the bill and we were billed also for a product we didn't have at all. HORRIBLE the brand owners must take action on this franchise
