This is a very chilled out place to have a cuppa tea. The chocolate tea is my favorite one here amongst the various options available. From my several visits, I believe that it’s a single lady who manages the place and she does a good job for a single employee. The quality and pricing too is way better compared to even larger chai chains such as chaipoint. I hope that this expands with more outlets and is in more places as the quality of chai is good and it’s also cost effective in comparison with other alternatives.

It is a small place with okayish ambience, but definitely a perfect place if you want to have some good tea / coffee along with puffs / Maggie /poha etc

We ordered Mushroom puff, Masala tea, filter coffee and plain Maggie.All were good esp the puff.

The main drawback I felt was the service, it was too time taking, and all the items we ordered came turn by turn, probably because the whole shop is run by a sweet old age lady all alone.The good part is one doesn't needs to burn a hole in the pocket when going to this place.Happy eating!!

The lady doesn't know how to talk to customers and is very rude.

One suggestion: Please Keep a small menu with 100% availability rather than having a food menu with lot of items which are not even available.
