I met with the lady on the cash register - Miss Ritu - she was one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever met. First she refused to give me change and was very rude about the fact that I wanted to pay in cash. She was very inhospitable when we asked to eat our Chaayos takeaway in the restaurant. Chaayos used to be my go to joint but being harrowed by Chaayos staff in the middle of my workday is not what I signed up for. She also spoke badly and at a very loud volume Service: 1

While the food at chasyos is almost always good, the service wasn't at this outlet. I asked for a single slice of lemon 7 times and they didn't give it. I don't think it would have cost extra. The bhel puri also took 30+ minutes to make. Barring the service, the food is good and a lot of people really enjoy the tea as well. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
