We went for a dinner yesterday after recommendations from our fam. While the place looks fabulous and visually soothing, it lacks quite a bit in their hygeine standards and substandard food prep practices The spinach and collard greens arrived with mud in it, indicating they weren’t properly cleaned and had gritty mud in every bite. The Croutons on top were soggy, stale and chewy, the almonds were neither toasted nor fresh, and the collard green stems were chewy and tough. The Bianca pizza we ordered was supposed to feature only mascarpone cheese, as listed on the menu, but came loaded with mozzarella instead—this wasn’t mentioned in the ingredients. The rocket leaves on top were not washed either. The only saving grace of the meal was the Coca-Cola, which they couldn't screw up. Had to end up going downstairs and have another dinner to rescue the evening. What a disappointment. Hope the owners look at the meal prep and make some efforts to improve their kitchen hygeine standards.
