The customer service is so bad! They were bringing the order to every body’s table while called me to the counter to collect my order! And while I was collecting the woman named Mamta was so rude! Customer service is ALL you are expected and is one thing this team is not able to deliver! Disappointed Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Chaayos place. I visited there placed my order and they gave it to someone else who did not even placed any order. After waiting for 45 mins when i enquired they told me they accidentally gave it to someone else who didn't have placed any order or payed. I who payed for my bill waiting for more than half an hour. No respect for customer's time. In the end they told me they will start preparing my order but I cancelled it Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
