I recently visited Lord Patrick’s branch in Mohali after having positive experiences at their Sector 9, Panchkula location, but my visit was incredibly disappointing. I’ve always enjoyed their fried chicken burger, known for its large, juicy chicken piece and good quality. Unfortunately, this time, I was served a small, overcooked piece of chicken with a noticeably reduced quantity and poor quality overall. The burger didn’t meet the usual standards I’ve come to expect, and the preparation seemed unprofessional. Additionally, the service was frustratingly slow. Despite there being few customers, my order took much longer than anticipated. This delay, combined with the subpar food quality, left me dissatisfied. As a regular customer of the Sector 9 branch, this experience has made me hesitant to return to any Lord Patrick location in the future. I would strongly recommend that this branch address the lack of professionalism, train their staff properly, and ensure consistent quality across all locations. I’m truly disappointed by this experience.

I ordered Moroccan chicken burger meal. While eating it, i realised that chicken patty is bit sour, i requested at cash counter to look into the matter, they simply denied it that nobody is there to decide whether the patty is stale or not.
