I stayed in Gurugram for 2 days for an official meeting and ended up visiting Ambience Mall twice. During one of the visits, I had evening snacks at Chaayos and enjoyed my favorite bun omelette and desi chai. Both were absolutely delicious – the bun omelette was fresh and flavorful, and the chai had the perfect balance of spices ( elaichi and saunf ). The cozy ambiance of Chaayos added to the experience. A great spot for a quick, satisfying snack. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

The Worst Chaayos I have ever been to. Avoid this during rush time. They will serve you whatever you don't order, and on top of that, the food is stone cold. The samosas in bun were cold, and the Pakoras were raw. The staff even refused to look into the matter. I re-ordered the same chai I always order, which was completely different from the previous one. I’ll rethink my options for having the chai here again.

Cold bitter tea that took over 15 mins to serve. And the indori poha never came. Please avoid this place. It takes special skill to mess up chai in india. Chaayos has earned that skill for sure Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
