ACCEPTED THEIR FAULT BUT STILL.... NO RESOLUTION. I am sharing the worst & pathetic customer service experience from Tim Hortons, Cyberhub. On 10th December, 2025; i went to the outlet and had a Takeaway order. At the time when the order was ready for collecting, I reconfirmed the complete order from 2 of their staff members before taking the order with me. But much to my surprise, upon reaching home; i checked and found there were missing item in my order. I took the photos and video necessary as evidences for it. Tried calling on their number but no one picked up. Later; in the evening at the same day; i got connected to the store staff, explained my issue. They, as usual didnt accept their fault and requested 2 days of time to look on the incident and camera footage. Meanwhile; I shared the bill, and evidences to them via whatsapp. I patiently waited and tried to reach out to them after 4 days infact. Now, someone else picked up the call, who was completely unknown of this issue and requested for sometime. The next day, they accepted the fault was at their end, and requested me to kindly share the QR code for refund of the amount for the missing item. I had shared the upi number and qr code with them within an hour. From that time, till today; (total of 7 days) all my messages and calls are getting ignored. there is no response, no follow up, no receiving of my calls, and no reply to the messages. I find such behaviour very annoying, and sadly stamping a long lasting impression of Tim Hortons' staff support. Firstly, had it been the case where the order was through zomato/swiggy and fault was from the delivery guy, i could've understood the situation. But when, the customer himself is arriving at the store, placing the order for takeaway at the counter, and collecting from there itself when it was not even a peak/rush hour time (there were only 3-4 tables occupied in the store). Inspite all this, the customer reconfirms his order before collecting, keeping a faith in the brand and not checking the order there itself, i expected the resolution and support to be much nicer and interactive. Regularly i have to follow up and chase the number expecting my issue to be resolved, but no response. If the intention is to keep the customers concern unattended, then the store staff should responsibly pack the items correctly based on order placed at the first place itself. Clearly, the impression is to say that customer should have faith in the outlet but the outlet cannot reciprocate the same. So, an important advice for every customer coming to cyberhub store, please check your items there itself on the store before collecting them.
