I have been coming to Patnem for over 15 years... this year I decided to treat myself to 9 days of luxury at Casa Jaali. The room is small but perfect. The bed soooo comfortable I slept the best I ever have. The staff looked after me so well. Friendly, fun, but also professional.... location is perfect. I would watch sunrise from my little porch every morning. The food WONDERFUL.... I think the best cheesecake I have ever had. Thank you to all the team at Casa Jaali for a truly relaxing stay. 5 STAR PLUS!! Service: 5

Good location, interesting menu, rooms need tweaking. Room service attentive but restaurant service lacking. We stayed 12 days and no staff even asked our names, we didn't even know who the management were .. not what we're used to ! Service: 3

My friends, who opted for non-vegetarian dishes, were equally impressed with the quality and flavor. The cocktails were truly exceptional – creative, well-balanced, and a perfect accompaniment to the meal. But the highlight was undoubtedly the stunning view from the restaurant. It's a truly breathtaking setting that invites you to linger and soak in the ambiance. The service was top-notch.
