Carnatic Cafe is situated in Max Estate on the backside of WTT near Sector-15 metro station. There was 7-8 minutes waiting when we visited on a saturday night but the staffs were quick in allocating seats. Apart from the food, the staffs (from serving, cleaning or security) are experienced and effective. We ordered paddu, Bombat Dosa, Malleswaram Dosa and Mysur Masala Dosa. The taste was grest as expected and they undoubtedly serve the one of the very best Sambar in town. Malleswaram Dosa is a ghee roasted dosa and difficult to digest by one person, unless you are young. you can try their ice creams and drinks as well. those are good as well. the 2 cons is that there is only 1 toilet and the place is congested with table and chairs with little room left. But you must try this place out. Heard a lot about this place, but very bad experience. Tasteless dosa, very very thick dosa, bland aloo masala, straight face staff, dirty outket. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
