Carnatic Cafe, Lodhi Colony is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic South Indian food, especially dosas. The location is quite convenient, and one big plus is that it’s easy to find ample free parking nearby, which is rare for this area and makes the visit stress-free. The food is simply outstanding-fresh, flavourful, and consistently delicious. Every bite reflects the care taken in preparation. Their dosas are the real stars here. The Bombat Dosa is rich and indulgent, the Malleshwaram 18th Cross Dosa truly lives up to its reputation with its perfect texture and flavour, and the Mysore Masala Dosa is a classic done exceptionally well. The chutneys and sambhar complement the food beautifully. The place itself is not very spacious and can feel crowded at times, especially during peak hours. On weekends, the waiting time can be long, so be prepared to queue. That said, the ambience is pleasant and welcoming, making the wait worthwhile. Overall, Carnatic Cafe offers excellent food, good ambience, and a memorable dining experience. If you don’t mind a bit of waiting, this place is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!
