DO NOT RECOMMEND Had come here for their spl ugadi meal today, and it was one of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 1. They served most of the items to only 3 out of 5 of us, making the lunch awkward. Some of us had all items and the others didn’t have any. We had to ask them three times before they served the others.2. We had to ask three times for glass tumblers for water and spoons, and wait 15 mins before they actually gave them. 3. We had to wait over 25 minutes for obattu while they served it for others, and finally they made it sound like they were doing us a favor when they finally gave it4. And the best for last, we saw a small cockroach crawl on the leaf. As for the food, it was okay. Since the menu online was written in Kannada I expected it to be kannadiga type festival food, but most of the items had onion and lots of garlic. But we had to wait so long between each item we ate that we lost the fun out of the meal. If you’re advertising a spl meal where you expect a lot people to come, you can’t have 1 or 2 servers (who don’t even speak the language). The service made whole experience horrible.

I had a fantastic experience at Karnatic with my guest! We were warmly welcomed and treated to the special Sankranthi Thali, which was absolutely delicious. The variety of dishes was impressive, and the flavors were authentic and rich. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. It made for a perfect evening, and I would highly recommend visiting Karnatic, especially for their festival specials like the Sankranthi Thali. Looking forward to coming back soon!
