There was guy mopping the floor while eating, so that took away the Biryani smell. Service, not very friendly. I feel the rt Nagar branch and the Kammanahalli branch were more friendlier.. I WOULD HAVE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILIES, BUT IN LIGHT OF THE INCIDENT THAT I SAW ON SUNDAY 7TH APRIL 2019 @ 11PM WHILE ME & MY FAMILYBHAD BEEN FOR DINNER, IT WAS SHOCKING! MORE THAN A FAMILY RESTAURANT IT WAS LIKE A LOVERS SPOT, A COUPKE WAS OPENLY SMOOCHING AT THE TABLE IN FULL PUBLIC VIEW, IT WAS INDEED EMBARRASSING, THOUGH WE LIVE IN A DEMOCRATIC & LIBERAL COUNTRY, THERE ARE CERTAIN VALUES THAT WE HAVE BEEN TAUGHT!
HOTEL MANAGEMENT CAN ACCESS THEIR CCTV CAMERA FOR ANY EVIDENCE THEY NEED ON THE COUPLE! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO STRICTLY DEAL WITH SUCH TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR IRRESPECTIVE OF THE FEAR OF LOSING REVENUE FROM THOSE TYPE OF CUSTOMERS.
WHEN THEY CLAIM TO BE "RAHHAMS FAMILIES INTERNATIONAL" THEY NEED TO FOLLOW IT!
