The muffins and cakes are great. Couldn't find anything better than the ones I had here. I have tried the rolls here, but they are not that good. The ambience and service is unmatched.

Mostly had their cakes &pastries so far...all r yummy...recently have their chocolate tart but the outer crust was too hard!!!loved the quiche and tiramisu cake...

Went to caramel, their bakery shop. WORST CAKE EVER. I took it for my wife's bday and to my surprise when I took it out for the celebration,it was smelling. Ignored it for the sake of celebration - however when tasted it was as dry as 4 days old bread and stinking flavour. I thought of it as exceptional situation- may be they gave a show piece. So decided to go back to the bakery shop the next eve. Chef was called and I was shocked by his attitude and preservance that it's fresh and not stale. The store person did agree to me earlier but in the presence of chef had to agree with him. I asked for refund or alternative cake but chef proudly denied that there is no problem with the cake. With no option, left the cake on the face of chef. Don't waste your money for the sake of name of this cafe. I hope someone from management is taking stock of this comment. Facts: Cake brought on 4th Oct at around 9pm. Went back to bakery on 5th Oct around 8:45.
