If you like Kerala food or have been wanting to try it, this is the place for you – they have a great menu. I personally like the puttu and kadala, but there are plenty of other options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A must-try is the Kerala meal – simple yet satisfying. I had ordered Al Faham Chicken through @Zomato, but unfortunately, half of the portion was completely rotten and emitted a foul smell. It was extremely unpleasant and unfit for consumption. First of all, let's start with the food. I was a fan of Thalassery Restaurant when I visited a different branch of theirs. This one doesn't meet the same standards. I recently had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment. The staff's behavior was quite impolite. I arrived in my car, and the security guard insisted that I park it on the side of the road (assuring me that he would keep an eye on it). However, when I returned, I found that my car had been scratched due to an unloading tanker. When I asked the tanker driver why he hadn't spoken to the security guard, he informed me that the security guard had been rude and had not responded to his inquiries about whose car it was. The most disheartening aspect was that when I approached the counter, the staff members, instead of being helpful, acted as if I were a complete stranger to them. If this message reaches the owner of this restaurant, I kindly request that you consider providing your staff with some training or, at the very least, ensuring that they possess a modicum of empathy.
