Held a schoolmates reunion a few days ago. Overall, wonderful experience. Location: Amidst coffee plantations. Ambiance: Warm, relaxed. Staff: Efficient, courteous. Service: Prompt, attentive. Rooms: Comfortable, well maintained, with balcony, great views, choice of double, triple, quad occupancy. Venue and facilities: - Covered dining area, open air function area with covered platforms for ceremonies, music. - In-house pond with conference room and open air area for functions. In summary, excellent venue for events and gatherings, very near Madikeri.

I really liked Capitol Village Resort. I was driving through from the West Coast to the East Coast and this was a great place to stop right on the route.
