I have booked the resort for August month. As my grandmother has diagnosed with brain tumor , I have cancelled the booking on the last day of cancellation just 2 hrs late. As per resort policies till 3 pm I should mailed them and I did the same at 5 pm. I necer requested God to did this to my grandmother and uts a very unfortunate situation for my family but these people didn't understand a single thing. I gave all the docs but they didnt refunded a single penny. Is this why people book big brand resorts? Is this where humanity stands? Even I asked them for credit note so that I or my friends family can book it later but they said the very favourite British word Sorry we cannot help you. Horrible if they dont have humanity in this worst situation, how we will expect service from dem.
