We recently dined at Capital Kitchen and the experience was genuinely thoughtful and well-paced. What made it stand was the way the team, especially Nasim, handled our visit. We had our baby with us, and Nasim took the time to understand what we needed without us having to ask twice. He coordinated baby-friendly meals with care, checked in just enough to be helpful without being intrusive, and created a sense of ease that’s hard to come by when dining out with a young child. It wasn’t performative — it felt personal and intentional. This kind of attention to detail makes a real difference.
