One of the best shawaya destinations in Kondotty town. Take away and dine in both available. Undercooked Chicken Twice – A Serious Concern I regret to report that I have encountered the same issue at this restaurant not once but twice. In September, I received undercooked chicken with visible blood inside. Despite this, I decided to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, the issue repeated itself when I recently ordered chicken for my family, including children. Shockingly, we found blood inside the chicken again. When I brought this up with the staff, the response was disappointing. Instead of addressing the issue thoroughly, they replaced the chicken with a smaller portion and seemed eager to move on. This repeated issue raises serious concerns about food safety and handling practices, especially when serving families with children. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and implements stricter quality controls. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning. One of best dinner options in town. They mainly serve baked chicken named shawaya chickem and sandwiches. The chicken is tender ans spicy. Seating is limited. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
