I'm writing to share my experience with the Cheesecake I ordered the day before yesterday. I've been a loyal customer for many years, ordering cakes for office events and all our family birthdays, and we've always been so happy with everything. However, the Cheesecake I received was unfortunately not good at all. It was actually the worst cheesecake I've ever had. It was my birthday, so it was especially disappointing. I was surprised because all the other cakes I've ordered from you over the years have been fantastic. At ₹1200, I really expected a much better quality Cheesecake. When I shared this incident with my friends their question was ,who will go to Cake Hut for Cheesecake? My bad .
