Purchased a butterscotch cake from Pandhal Cake Shop Panampilly Nagar for an office birthday celebration on Feb 12, 2024. Cake was spoiled and had a bad smell. Provided a sample to the shop, but they refused to refund. Extremely disappointed with the product and customer service. Would not recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹800–1,000
