The Stupidest customer handling. I called them and specifically asked for Spaghetti Pasta. They said YES they did have the item. I was stuck in the damn traffic at Kazhakootam Vetturoad road for half an hour and when I reached the place, they dont even know what the dish is. They have no cooperation between each other and the staff there is soo dumb. For a shop that is situated at a place which has the biggest traffic in Trivandrum, this is very stupid. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited Cake World in Kazhakuttam last week and had a pleasant experience. I ordered a coffee (₹60) and a chicken wrap (₹170). The wrap came with French fries and a flavourful dip that was absolutely delicious. Both items were fresh, nicely presented, and satisfying. The ambience really stood out – cozy, modern, and Instagram-worthy. The dine-in area on the first floor is beautifully done with elegant furniture, stylish wall decor, and comfortable seating. It feels like a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy your food or host a birthday celebration. There's also a small play area with table soccer, which is a thoughtful touch if you're coming with kids. I have ordered a Birthday cake for my friend through Zomato. I had given the instruction to write Birthday wishes on the cake through the Zomato App and called them directly for the same. But unfortunately they were delivered a blank cake. It was very disappointed. I called them once get it, they told to me that they were very busy and it was happened by mistake. Never expected this on a special day of my friend. Totally fed up.
