This restaurant offers you nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Sree Mahadeva Temple. Taste nicely cooked pies. I was quite disappointed with the service I received.There was a lack of professionalism and communication. The delivery was delayed, and the quality did not match what was promised. It’s unfortunate, as I had high expectations based on earlier reviews. I hope they work on improving their reliability and customer service in the future. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Update 04/02/2025: I had shared the feedback to the management and one of their managers called me. He offered a refund to which I said I am least bothered about the money part. Any ways today he partly refunded the amount I don’t know what it is based on. I admire their response and were empathetic towards my concerns. Thanks for that. ——— 31/01/2025 : I've been a regular customer at Cake World, purchasing most of our birthday cakes from there. However, my latest experience was disappointing. Today, I bought a cake and tried their restaurant. Unfortunately, all my positive impressions vanished. We ordered the chicken tortillas wrap, which tasted more like a cheese wrap, and the Hawaiian Salad. The pineapple helped me recognize the actual recipe; otherwise, it would have seemed like chicken paste with cheese and onion. The worst part was the long wait. I placed my order at 6:30 pm and received my dine-in order at 7:30 pm. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only one other customer who seemed frustrated as well. The takeaway order, another tortilla wrap and mac & cheese, was equally disappointing. The mac & cheese had a red sauce and was sweet, unlike any I've had before. The staff even warned me not to take it to-go, claiming it might become 'rubbery.' Then I had to wait another 15 minutes to get the order. We were out around 7.45 pm. Overall, it was a disaster, and I've decided not to visit their restaurant again. However, I might still consider purchasing their cakes. I have ordered a Birthday cake for my friend through Zomato. I had given the instruction to write Birthday wishes on the cake through the Zomato App and called them directly for the same. But unfortunately they were delivered a blank cake. It was very disappointed. I called them once get it, they told to me that they were very busy and it was happened by mistake. Never expected this on a special day of my friend. Totally fed up.
