Terrible Experience at Supreme Upper Crust (Kazhakkoottam) Having previously enjoyed decent meals at both the Kowdiar and the Kazhakkoottam branches of Upper Crust, our recent visit to the Kazhakkoottam location was shockingly bad. It's honestly difficult to put into words how disappointing the food was. Everything we ordered was, to put it mildly, horrible. The food tasted stale and genuinely unpleasant. The pizza was like trying to eat cardboard – dry, hard, and completely lacking in flavor. The burger was equally abysmal, so dry it felt like biting into a rusk. I am utterly baffled and disgusted at how a restaurant that positions itself as premium in Trivandrum could serve such unbelievably poor quality food. This was not just a minor slip-up; it was a complete failure across the board. Our experience was absolutely disgusting, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here based on this recent visit. Such a drastic decline in quality is unacceptable. I brought a strawberry bun and butter bun! The butter bun was good and the strawberry bun was like daaam taste and the main thing is that till the taste is in my tongue and the total cost was 67/- only. For this prize range this is amazing.
