The staff was quite helpful to select the cake .. rather a design !! They made it just as the design we had selected and good flavors too . The only negative is the delivery folks .. they say ‘ oru 10 minutil ettaam ‘ and takes over an hour to come , if only they deliver it on dot ! It will be a fantastic service experience overall . Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Thankyou Cake Studio to make my princess's birthday special with The yummiest blueberry cake, Tiramisu cheese cakes and chatpata Punjabi samosas. Customer service is the best here. On-time delivery.

I would like to take this opportunity to write you an open letter regarding my last 3 visit to cake studio.

Very bad behaviour , irresponsible people, improper communication , lack of knowledge , not aware about how to resolve the issues.

I have recently ordered a Valentine special cake and it turned out to be a disaster. When i asked about the mistake to the shop manager, he said it was busy day.They are not taking any responsibility about mistake.

TOTALLY WASTE OF TIME &MONEY !!!
