The Worst Experience Today (28/Aug/25) Right from the moment we entered, one of the salespersons remarked that it would take 25–30 minutes to prepare the food—without even asking what we intended to order. His gesture clearly showed that he had no interest in serving us. There were no other customers around, yet he seemed more concerned about justifying a 30-minute delay on a heavy rainy evening. To make things worse, he kept arguing with us for nearly 10 minutes. When I tried to escalate the matter, I called customer care, only to find their representative, Rahul, seated there. All he did was apologize and hand over an email ID, expecting customers to note it down themselves to lodge a complaint. It turned out to be a rather funny experience in the most disappointing sense. Needless to say, we walked out. Service: 1

I ordered zingy parcel, stuffed garlic bread burger pizza, 1 std pizza. pizza base was burnt. everything was pathetic. Zingy parcel was too small in size. Burger pizza was too much heated and burnt. Stuffed garlic bread was just a baked dough with very very little stuffing no proper shape no proper cutting and it was half of the usual size very very disappointed never had such bad experience with domino's.
